You can make a tax deductible gift to Cap and Gown through the Princeton Prospect Foundation which was founded in 1959 as a non-profit in support of the educational and cultural activities of Princeton’s eating clubs. All of the eating clubs are affiliated with the Princeton Prospect Foundation and each maintains their separately funded account. A Board of Trustees oversees the activities of the foundation and approves the expenditures from each club account. The Princeton Prospect Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity (tax I.D. no. 22-6075964) and gifts to the foundation are tax deductible.
